+habitaclia API
Spanish property listings, prices, price history and estate agencies from habitaclia as clean JSON.
The API.SH habitaclia API turns public pages from habitaclia, the Spanish property portal for pisos y casas en venta y alquiler, into structured JSON. Search homes, offices, retail premises, land, garages and buildings for sale, rent or transfer, plus new homes, with the site's filters for place, price, area, rooms, features, bank-owned and private sellers. Each listing has price, price history, price per m², rooms, area, energy rating and coordinates; agencies come with business details, listing counts and price ranges.

Why API.SH for habitaclia data
- Public data only: no habitaclia login, cookies or account needed
- One key and one response shape for habitaclia and 481 other platforms
- Built and maintained by API.SH, not third-party publishers
- Pay per call; errors on our side cost nothing
- Live status for every endpoint
API.SH vs the official habitaclia API
habitaclia has no public data API; its feeds are for agencies publishing their own listings. API.SH returns the public search, listing and agency data as JSON. A private seller's name and contact are never returned.
Rather than building a habitaclia scraper or paying per page on a scraping API, call API.SH: one key, fixed price per call and the same JSON shape as other Spanish and European property portals.
