+Crexi API
Search Crexi commercial property for sale and for lease, and pull full listings and broker profiles as JSON.
The API.SH Crexi API turns public Crexi pages into structured JSON. Search US commercial properties for sale with the site's filters (property type, state, ZIP, asking price, cap rate, building size, price per square foot, occupancy, tenancy, tenant credit, Opportunity Zone), search spaces for lease, open one listing with its property details, investment highlights, lease suites, photos and brokers, and look up a broker's profile and listings.

API.SH vs the official Crexi API
Crexi does not offer a public, self-serve API for reading marketplace listings. Its Listing API is a one-way feed for MLSs, associations and large brokerages to push listings into Crexi, and listing embeds are for brokers' own websites. API.SH returns public Crexi sale, lease, listing and broker data as JSON with no partner agreement or login.
Instead of comparing several Apify Crexi scrapers or maintaining your own, API.SH gives you one key, documented filters and a fixed price per call.
Crexi API questions
What Crexi data can I get?+
Commercial properties for sale with Crexi's search filters (/crexi/v1/search), commercial spaces for lease (/crexi/v1/leases), one full listing for sale or lease (/crexi/v1/listing) and a broker's profile with their listings (/crexi/v1/broker).
How much does the Crexi API cost?+
Every Crexi endpoint costs 1 credit per call. On a monthly plan 1,000 credits cost $1 (Starter is $50/month for 50,000 credits). Pay-as-you-go is $2 per 1,000 credits, with top-ups from $15 that never expire.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes. Every account gets 1,000 free credits every month. That is 1,000 calls to /crexi/v1/broker at 1 credit each.
Does Crexi offer an API?+
Crexi's Listing API lets MLSs and brokerages send listings to Crexi; it is not a way to read the marketplace. There is no public self-serve read API, which is the gap API.SH fills with public listing data.
Do I need a Crexi account or login?+
No. API.SH reads public Crexi pages only. No endpoint uses a login, cookies or a Crexi Pro or Intelligence subscription, and property details that Crexi hides from signed-out visitors are left out.
Which search filters are supported?+
Property type and subtype, state, ZIP, keyword, asking price, cap rate, building size, price per square foot, occupancy, tenancy, tenant brand and credit, investment type, Opportunity Zone and broker, with sorting. Lease search takes place, property type, building class and keyword. Pass next_page back as page to page through results.
Is scraping Crexi legal?+
API.SH only returns data that Crexi shows to any visitor without signing in. How you use it is up to you: follow Crexi's terms and the law where you operate, especially for marketing to brokers.
How do I get started?+
1. Sign up at api.sh. 2. Copy your API key. 3. Call /crexi/v1/search with a property type and state. Request examples and every parameter are in the docs at https://api.sh/docs. You can also use the JS or Python SDK, Google Sheets, Zapier, Make, n8n or the MCP server at https://api.sh/mcp.
