habitaclia property search
Homes, offices, commercial premises, industrial buildings, land, garages and buildings for sale, rent or transfer, and new homes, on habitaclia (Spain), with the site's filters: place, price, area, rooms, bathrooms, features, property subtypes, private sellers only, bank-owned, new-build, and sorts. Each result has id, link, reference, title, transaction, property type and subtype, price, price history and change, price per m², rooms, bathrooms, area, floor, year built, condition, features (present and absent), energy rating, address, ZIP, city, district, province, coordinates, photos, videos, virtual tours, publication and update dates, and the agency with its business details (name, legal name, logo, website, phone, e-mail, address, registrations). A private seller is shown as {private: true} with no name or contact. Pass next_page back as page; null on the last page.
Every response includes credits_used: the credits this call cost.

A JSON object with the fields described above, plus raw (the source's own data), cached, fetched_at and credits_used. Errors return {"success": false, "error": "…"} with the HTTP status (see errors). A lookup that ran but found nothing (404) costs the price above; refused calls and errors on our side are free (what's charged).
