Is there a free trial?+

Yes. Every account gets 1,000 free credits every month. That is 1,000 calls to /thumbtack/v1/pro at 1 credit each.

Is there an official Thumbtack API?+

Yes. Thumbtack's Partner Platform is a partner-gated OAuth 2.0 REST API for leads, messaging, profiles and reviews. API.SH is different: no partner access, and it reads public pro and city pages.

Do I need a Thumbtack account or login?+

No. API.SH reads public Thumbtack pages only. No endpoint uses a login, cookies or a pro's account, and it cannot see leads or messages.
