API.SH vs the official Doctoralia API
Doctoralia's parent Docplanner runs an integrations API for medical software providers to sync appointment slots and bookings for their own doctors; it is for partners, not open search data. API.SH needs no partnership and returns public doctor and clinic listings as JSON.
Rather than build a Doctoralia scraper per country site, call one API.SH endpoint with a country code and get the same JSON shape for all of them at a fixed price per call.
Doctoralia API questions
What Doctoralia data can I get?+
Doctor and clinic search by specialty and city with health plan and online filters (/doctoralia/v1/search), and full doctor profiles with practices, services and prices, health plans, reviews, patient questions, education and languages (/doctoralia/v1/doctor).
How much does the Doctoralia API cost?+
Every Doctoralia endpoint costs 1 credit per call. On a monthly plan 1,000 credits cost $1 (Starter is $50/month for 50,000 credits). Pay-as-you-go is $2 per 1,000 credits, with top-ups from $15 that never expire.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes. Every account gets 1,000 free credits every month. That is 1,000 calls to /doctoralia/v1/doctor at 1 credit each.
Is there an official Doctoralia API?+
Yes, for partners: the Docplanner integrations API lets medical software sync calendars and bookings for doctors who use it. It does not offer open search of listings. API.SH covers the public directory data.
Do I need a Doctoralia account or login?+
No. API.SH reads public Doctoralia pages only. No endpoint uses a login, cookies or anyone's account. It returns professional listing data, not patient records or bookings.
Doctoralia tem API aberta? (Does Doctoralia have an open API?)+
Not for general data access. The official Docplanner API is for integration partners. API.SH gives you public Doctoralia Brazil and other country listings with one key and no partner approval.
Which countries are covered?+
Brazil, Spain, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Peru, Argentina, Portugal, Italy, Poland, Turkey and Czechia. Pass the country code to /doctoralia/v1/search; /doctoralia/v1/doctor takes any profile URL from these sites.
How do I get started?+
