Doctor profiles include experience, qualifications, specialties, services, procedures with price ranges, recommendation percentage and each clinic with address, fees and timings. Clinic and hospital profiles cover type, beds, opening hours, amenities, insurance providers, specialties and listed doctors.

Per call: /practo/v1/doctor and /practo/v1/search cost 1 credit; /practo/v1/clinic costs 2 credits. On a monthly plan 1,000 credits cost $1 (Starter is $50/month for 50,000 credits). Pay-as-you-go is $2 per 1,000 credits, with top-ups from $15 that never expire.

Is there a free trial?+

Yes. Every account gets 1,000 free credits every month. That is 1,000 calls to /practo/v1/doctor at 1 credit each.

Is there an official Practo API?+

Yes, as a partner program for healthcare businesses under Practo's API Program terms, without a self-serve developer account. API.SH is an option when you only need public listing data.

Do I need a Practo account or login?+

No. API.SH reads public Practo pages only. No endpoint uses a login, cookies or anyone's account, and it returns professional listing data, not patient records.

Can I search doctors by locality and sort by fee?+

Yes. /practo/v1/search takes specialty and city, an optional locality, and sort by relevance, recommendation, experience, fee_high or fee_low. Pass next_page back as page for more results.

Is scraping Practo legal?+

API.SH only returns public professional listings. How you use the data is up to you: follow Practo's terms and the data protection laws that apply to you.
