The API.SH Sreality API returns public listings from Sreality.cz, the major real estate portal in the Czech Republic, as structured JSON. Search flats, houses, land and commercial property for sale, rent, auction or shares, by place and radius, with the site's filters for price, area, price per m², floor, layout, building type and condition, ownership, energy rating and features like balcony, garage or lift. Open a listing for every parameter, previous price, coordinates and nearby places, look up an agency's listings, and resolve Czech place names.

API.SH vs the official Sreality API

Sreality's official interface is an XML-RPC import API for real estate agencies to export and manage their listings on the portal. It is not a public API for reading listings; API.SH returns public Sreality data as JSON with no account.

What Sreality data can I get?+

Property search in the Czech Republic with the site's filters (/sreality/v1/search), one listing with every parameter, nearby places and agency (/sreality/v1/listing), an agency's listings and details (/sreality/v1/agency) and Czech place suggestions (/sreality/v1/places).

How much does the Sreality API cost?+

Every Sreality endpoint costs 1 credit per call. On a monthly plan 1,000 credits cost $1 (Starter is $50/month for 50,000 credits). Pay-as-you-go is $2 per 1,000 credits, with top-ups from $15 that never expire.

Is there a free trial?+

Yes. Every account gets 1,000 free credits every month. That is 1,000 calls to /sreality/v1/agency at 1 credit each.

Is there an official Sreality API?+

Only for agencies. Sreality's import interface lets real estate agencies upload and manage their listings. It does not return public market data, which is what API.SH reads from public pages.

Do I need a Sreality account or login?+

No. API.SH reads public Sreality pages only. A private seller's own contact details are left out.

Can I use the Sreality API from Python?+

Yes. It is a plain HTTPS API returning JSON, and there is an official API.SH Python SDK. Call /sreality/v1/search with type, category and location.

Can I search by place and radius?+

Yes. Look up a municipality, district, region or street with /sreality/v1/places, then pass it as location with a radius to /sreality/v1/search.
