Is there a free trial?+

Yes. Every account gets 1,000 free credits every month. That is 1,000 calls to /property24/v1/agency at 1 credit each.

Is there an official Property24 API?+

Not a public one. Property24 integrations are listing feeds for estate agencies and syndication partners pushing stock onto the portal. There is no open API for reading listings, which is what API.SH provides.

Do I need a Property24 account or login?+

No. API.SH reads public Property24 pages only. A private seller's details are left out.

Does it cover rentals as well as sales?+

Yes. Set transaction for sale or to rent on /property24/v1/search, and use furnished, on_show, retirement and the price and room filters to narrow results.
