How much does the Otodom API cost?+

Every Otodom endpoint costs 1 credit per call. On a monthly plan 1,000 credits cost $1 (Starter is $50/month for 50,000 credits). Pay-as-you-go is $2 per 1,000 credits, with top-ups from $15 that never expire.

Is there a free trial?+

Yes. Every account gets 1,000 free credits every month. That is 1,000 calls to /otodom/v1/agency at 1 credit each.

Is there an official Otodom API?+

Only for professionals. Otodom's API lets agencies and CRMs such as EstiCRM publish listings to the portal. It does not offer public market data, which API.SH reads from public pages.

Do I need an Otodom account or login?+

No. API.SH reads public Otodom pages only. A private owner's phone number is left out.

How do I download data from Otodom (pobieranie danych z Otodom)?+

Call /otodom/v1/search with your filters and page through results with next_page, or export the same call as CSV. Use public listings in line with Otodom's terms and Polish and EU law.

Can I use the Otodom API from Python?+

Yes. It is a plain HTTPS API returning JSON, and there is an official API.SH Python SDK. Call /otodom/v1/search with transaction, estate and location.
