How much does the Imovirtual API cost?+

Every Imovirtual endpoint costs 1 credit per call. On a monthly plan 1,000 credits cost $1 (Starter is $50/month for 50,000 credits). Pay-as-you-go is $2 per 1,000 credits, with top-ups from $15 that never expire.

Is there a free trial?+

Yes. Every account gets 1,000 free credits every month. That is 1,000 calls to /imovirtual/v1/agency at 1 credit each.

Is there an official Imovirtual API?+

Yes, for partners. Imovirtual's Developer Hub gives CRM vendors and agencies a partner API and feeds to publish listings. It does not offer open access to public listing data, which is what API.SH provides.

Do I need a Imovirtual account or login?+

No. API.SH reads public Imovirtual pages only. No endpoint uses a login, cookies or anyone's account. A private owner's name and phone are left out.

Can I search Imovirtual rentals in Lisbon?+

Yes. Call /imovirtual/v1/search with location set to Lisbon and the rent transaction, then add price, rooms or area filters. Each result has the price, area, rooms, place and agency.

Is scraping Imovirtual legal?+

API.SH only reads public listing pages and leaves out private owners' contact details. How you use the data is up to you: follow Imovirtual's terms and Portuguese and EU data protection law.
