A player's profile: name, role, batting and bowling style, date and place of birth, height, teams, image, a short bio summary, current and best ICC rankings (batting, bowling, all-rounder per format), career batting and bowling stats for every format the player played (Test, ODI, T20I, IPL, ...: matches, innings, runs, balls, highest, average, strike rate, 4s, 6s, 50s, 100s, 200s, wickets, economy, best figures, 5w/10w ...), debut and last match per format, and recent batting and bowling form.

Every response includes credits_used: the credits this call cost.

Parameters

nametypedescription
player_idrequired integer Cricbuzz player id (1413 = Virat Kohli; from squads, rankings or a profile URL). Example: 1413

Every endpoint also takes fresh, raw, fields (see lean responses and caching).

Example

curl "https://api.api.sh/cricbuzz/v1/player?player_id=1413" \
  -H "x-api-key: $APISH_KEY"

Response

A JSON object with the fields described above, plus raw (the source's own data), cached, fetched_at and credits_used. Errors return {"success": false, "error": "…"} with the HTTP status (see errors). A lookup that ran but found nothing (404) costs the price above; refused calls and errors on our side are free (what's charged).

The fastest way to see the full response is the playground: it runs this endpoint with your account and shows the exact JSON.
