Ball-by-ball commentary of a match, newest first: commentary text (plain and with its formatting), over and ball, time, events (four, six, wicket, ...), batter and bowler ids and names, end-of-over summaries (runs in the over, score, batters' and bowler's figures) and linked video clips. The first page without innings also carries the match header. Pass next_cursor back as cursor; null at the start of the match.
Every response includes credits_used: the credits this call cost.
Parameters
name
type
description
match_idrequired
integer
Cricbuzz match id (from /cricbuzz/v1/matches, a series, team or the match URL, e.g. 75651 = ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 final). Example: 75651
innings
integer
Only this innings (1-8). Without it the feed starts at the latest ball and walks back through every innings.
import os, requests
res = requests.get(

res.raise_for_status()
data = res.json()
const url = new URL("https://api.api.sh/cricbuzz/v1/commentary");
url.searchParams.set("match_id", "75651");
const res = await fetch(url, { headers: { "x-api-key": process.env.APISH_KEY } });

Response
A JSON object with the fields described above, plus raw (the source's own data), cached, fetched_at and credits_used. Errors return {"success": false, "error": "…"} with the HTTP status (see errors). A lookup that ran but found nothing (404) costs the price above; refused calls and errors on our side are free (what's charged).
The fastest way to see the full response is the playground: it runs this endpoint with your account and shows the exact JSON.
