Bien'ici property search
Homes and other property for sale and rent in France on Bien'ici with the site's filters: place (or zone ids), property types, price, area, rooms, bedrooms, land area, new or old, energy class, features (pool, garden, terrace, balcony, lift, parking, cellar, fireplace, not on the ground floor, accessible, furnished, exclusive) and keywords, plus sort. Each result has id, link, reference, title, transaction, property type, price, price without fees, price per m², price drop flag, fees, area, land, rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, floor, year built, energy and greenhouse ratings with yearly cost, features, city, postal code, district, coordinates, dates, virtual tours, photos and the agency (a private seller's name is left out). Pass next_page back as page; null on the last page.
Every response includes credits_used: the credits this call cost.

A JSON object with the fields described above, plus raw (the source's own data), cached, fetched_at and credits_used. Errors return {"success": false, "error": "…"} with the HTTP status (see errors). A lookup that ran but found nothing (404) costs the price above; refused calls and errors on our side are free (what's charged).
