Bien'ici listing

One Bien'ici listing: everything in a search result plus the full description, condominium details (lots, yearly charges, proceedings), the agency fee scale link and the agency's contact (name, agent, phone, RCS number, address, website); a private seller's name and phone are left out (private_seller says which). Give the listing id, a bienici.com/annonce/ link as url, or latest=true with the search params to open the first current result. Also energy_details (diagnostic date, method, consumption, heating) and details (fees percentage, availability date, rooms and amenities, fibre status, charging stations, natural-risk mention, exclusive mandate, life annuity terms) where the ad gives them.

Every response includes credits_used: the credits this call cost.

Parameters

nametypedescription
id string Bien'ici listing id (id of a search result).
url string A bienici.com/annonce/... link.
latest boolean true: run the search with the other params and open its first current result. Example: true

Every endpoint also takes fresh, raw, fields (see lean responses and caching).

Example

curl "https://api.api.sh/bienici/v1/listing" \
  -H "x-api-key: $APISH_KEY"

Response

A JSON object with the fields described above, plus raw (the source's own data), cached, fetched_at and credits_used. Errors return {"success": false, "error": "…"} with the HTTP status (see errors). A lookup that ran but found nothing (404) costs the price above; refused calls and errors on our side are free (what's charged).

The fastest way to see the full response is the playground: it runs this endpoint with your account and shows the exact JSON.
