Is there an official Otomoto API?+

Yes, for business clients. The Otomoto API lets dealers and their software providers manage their own adverts with OAuth. It does not offer search over all public listings, which is what API.SH returns.

Do I need a Otomoto account or login?+

No. API.SH reads public Otomoto pages only. No endpoint uses a login, cookies or anyone's account. Private sellers are never named.
