Is there a free trial?+

Yes. Every account gets 1,000 free credits every month. That is 1,000 calls to /magiceden/v1/activities at 1 credit each.

Is there an official Magic Eden API?+

Yes. Magic Eden publishes developer docs and an SDK, and asks for an API key with rate limits for heavier use. API.SH is an alternative for reading public Solana NFT data without that setup.

Do I need a Magic Eden API key or wallet login?+

No. You only need your API.SH key. API.SH reads public marketplace data and never connects a wallet or signs anything.

How do I get the cheapest NFT in a collection?+

Call /magiceden/v1/listings with the collection symbol, sort=listPrice and order=asc. The first result is the lowest listing, with its mint, seller, rarity ranks and traits. You can also filter by traits and a price range.

Can I buy, list or bid through this API?+

No. API.SH is read-only. It returns prices, listings and activity but does not create transactions.
