Zumper rental search
Apartments, houses and rooms for rent in the US and Canada on Zumper, with the site's filters: place (city or neighborhood), rent range, bedrooms, bathrooms, size, property type, pets, building amenities, keywords and short-term rentals, plus sort. Each result has listing and building ids, link, title, property type, rent range, previous price, bedroom and bathroom ranges, floor plan count, availability date, listed date, address, neighborhood, coordinates, rating, pets, amenities, photos and the managing company or brokerage (name and phone; private landlords' names and phones are left out). total is the site's match count (capped at 9,000). Pass next_page back as page; null on the last page.
Every response includes credits_used: the credits this call cost.

A lookup that ran but found nothing (404) costs the price above; refused calls and errors on our side are free (what's charged).
