One public Tumblr post by link (or blog + id): text, images, videos, links, tags, notes, likes, reblogs, replies, reblog trail, date and the blog's profile. Also reblog_trail (each earlier post in the reblog chain, oldest first: blog, blog title, post id, link, date, text, images, videos, links), reblogged_from_post and reblogged_root (the post it was reblogged from and the original post: blog, post id, link).

Every response includes credits_used: the credits this call cost.

Parameters

nametypedescription
url string A Tumblr post link (tumblr.com/<blog>/<id> or <blog>.tumblr.com/post/<id>). Example: https://www.tumblr.com/staff/828009069026721792
blog string Blog name, with id, instead of url.
id string Post id, with blog.

Every endpoint also takes fresh, raw, fields (see lean responses and caching).

Example

curl "https://api.api.sh/tumblr/v1/post?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.tumblr.com%2Fstaff%2F828009069026721792" \
  -H "x-api-key: $APISH_KEY"

Response

A JSON object with the fields described above, plus raw (the source's own data), cached, fetched_at and credits_used. Errors return {"success": false, "error": "…"} with the HTTP status (see errors). A lookup that ran but found nothing (404) costs the price above; refused calls and errors on our side are free (what's charged).

The fastest way to see the full response is the playground: it runs this endpoint with your account and shows the exact JSON.
