An Indian listed company on Screener.in: name, NSE symbol and BSE code, sector path, index memberships, about and key points, key ratios (market cap, price, high/low, P/E, book value, dividend yield, ROCE, ROE ...), pros and cons, and the full tables: quarterly results, profit and loss, compounded sales/profit/price growth and ROE, balance sheet, cash flow, ratios history and shareholding pattern (quarterly and yearly). Consolidated by default. Also returns documents: recent exchange announcements (title, link, date, summary), annual reports (title, year, link, source), credit-rating reports (title, link, date, agency) and earnings-call documents per quarter (transcript, presentation, recording and notes links where listed).
Every response includes credits_used: the credits this call cost.
Parameters
| name | type | description |
|---|---|---|
symbolrequired | string | NSE symbol (TCS, RELIANCE, INFY ...) or BSE code (500325). Example: TCS |
standalone | boolean | true for standalone figures instead of consolidated. |
Every endpoint also takes fresh, raw, fields (see lean responses and caching).
Example
curl "https://api.api.sh/screener-in/v1/company?symbol=TCS" \
-H "x-api-key: $APISH_KEY" import os, requests
res = requests.get(
"https://api.api.sh/screener-in/v1/company",
params={"symbol": "TCS"},
headers={"x-api-key": os.environ["APISH_KEY"]},
timeout=120,
)
res.raise_for_status()
data = res.json() const url = new URL("https://api.api.sh/screener-in/v1/company");
url.searchParams.set("symbol", "TCS");
const res = await fetch(url, { headers: { "x-api-key": process.env.APISH_KEY } });
if (!res.ok) throw new Error(`${res.status} ${await res.text()}`);
const data = await res.json(); Response
A JSON object with the fields described above, plus raw (the source's own data), cached, fetched_at and credits_used. Errors return {"success": false, "error": "…"} with the HTTP status (see errors). A lookup that ran but found nothing (404) costs the price above; refused calls and errors on our side are free (what's charged).
