Realtor.com property details
One property on Realtor.com: status, list price, beds, baths, square feet, lot, year built, type, description, all photos, price and sale history, tax history, nearby schools with ratings, value estimates, features, HOA fee, flood factor, open houses, MLS source and the listing agent and office. Give the property_id or a property url, or q (a city, ZIP code or address) to open the first current listing there; add status to open the first for-rent, sold or pending one instead.
Every response includes credits_used: the credits this call cost.
Parameters
| name | type | description |
|---|---|---|
property_id | string | The Realtor.com property id (10 digits). |
url | string | A Realtor.com property link instead of property_id. |
q | string | City, ZIP code, neighborhood or address; the first current listing there is returned. Example: Austin, TX |
status | for_sale | for_rent | sold | pending | Which listings q opens (default for_sale). |
Every endpoint also takes fresh, raw, fields (see lean responses and caching).
Example
curl "https://api.api.sh/realtor/v1/property" \
-H "x-api-key: $APISH_KEY" import os, requests
res = requests.get(
"https://api.api.sh/realtor/v1/property",
params={},
headers={"x-api-key": os.environ["APISH_KEY"]},
timeout=120,
)
res.raise_for_status()
data = res.json() const url = new URL("https://api.api.sh/realtor/v1/property");
const res = await fetch(url, { headers: { "x-api-key": process.env.APISH_KEY } });
if (!res.ok) throw new Error(`${res.status} ${await res.text()}`);
const data = await res.json(); Response
A JSON object with the fields described above, plus raw (the source's own data), cached, fetched_at and credits_used. Errors return {"success": false, "error": "…"} with the HTTP status (see errors). A lookup that ran but found nothing (404) costs the price above; refused calls and errors on our side are free (what's charged).
