A public Quora profile: name, credential, bio, followers and following, answer, question and post counts, all-time and last-month content views, Top Writer years, work, education and location credentials, publishers, Spaces, and the first items Quora shows logged-out visitors on the profile (the newest posts and answers, or with tab=answers the pinned and newest answers) with text, upvotes, views, shares and comments. Logged out, Quora lists only those first items, so has_more tells whether the profile has more. Every response includes credits_used: the credits this call cost.

Parameters

nametypedescription
usernamerequired string Profile name as in the profile link (quora.com/profile/<name>), or the whole profile link. Example: Adam-DAngelo
tab all | answers Which list to return with the profile: all (newest posts and answers) or answers (pinned and newest answers). Default: all

Every endpoint also takes fresh, raw, fields (see lean responses and caching).

Example

curl "https://api.api.sh/quora/v1/user?username=Adam-DAngelo" \
  -H "x-api-key: $APISH_KEY"

Response

A JSON object with the fields described above, plus raw (the source's own data), cached, fetched_at and credits_used. Errors return {"success": false, "error": "…"} with the HTTP status (see errors). A lookup that ran but found nothing (404) costs the price above; refused calls and errors on our side are free (what's charged).

The fastest way to see the full response is the playground: it runs this endpoint with your account and shows the exact JSON.
