One pisos.com listing: title, zone, price, rooms, bathrooms, built and usable area, floor, age, condition, community fees, reference, every feature grouped as on the page, energy rating, full description, coordinates (approximate when the site says so), update date, photo/plan/video/tour counts, photos, seller type, and the agency's business details (name, address, phone, logo, agency page). A private seller's name and phone are never returned. Pass url or latest=true with search params.

Every response includes credits_used: the credits this call cost.

Parameters

nametypedescription
url string A pisos.com listing link (https://www.pisos.com/comprar/...).
latest boolean true: return the newest current listing of a search with the search params given alongside (keeps examples valid). Then id/url are not needed. Example: true
location string With latest=true: place slug for the search. Example: sevilla
transaction buy | rent With latest=true: buy or rent.
property_type flats | houses | penthouses | duplexes | studios | lofts | rustic | premises | offices | garages | land | storage | industrial | buildings With latest=true: property type.

Every endpoint also takes fresh, raw, fields (see lean responses and caching).

Example

curl "https://api.api.sh/pisos/v1/listing" \
  -H "x-api-key: $APISH_KEY"

Response

A JSON object with the fields described above, plus raw (the source's own data), cached, fetched_at and credits_used. Errors return {"success": false, "error": "…"} with the HTTP status (see errors). A lookup that ran but found nothing (404) costs the price above; refused calls and errors on our side are free (what's charged).

The fastest way to see the full response is the playground: it runs this endpoint with your account and shows the exact JSON.
