One FSBO.com home: price, seller concessions, address with county, every listed detail (beds, baths, half baths, square feet, lot, year built, garage, stories, basement, pool, spa, solar, HOA, heating, cooling, roof, utilities, school district, features, amenities, tours, MLS status...), photos, open houses and third-party value estimates. The owner's own name and contact details are not returned. Pass latest=true with search filters to open the newest matching listing.

Every response includes credits_used: the credits this call cost.

Parameters

nametypedescription
id string Listing id. Or give url.
url string An fsbo.com/search/<address> listing link.
latest boolean true: open the first current result of a search made with the other filter params given here (the same as the search route's, e.g. location), instead of id/url. Example: true
location string With latest: the search's location filter. Example: Austin, TX

Every endpoint also takes fresh, raw, fields (see lean responses and caching).

Example

curl "https://api.api.sh/fsbo/v1/listing" \
  -H "x-api-key: $APISH_KEY"

Response

A JSON object with the fields described above, plus raw (the source's own data), cached, fetched_at and credits_used. Errors return {"success": false, "error": "…"} with the HTTP status (see errors). A lookup that ran but found nothing (404) costs the price above; refused calls and errors on our side are free (what's charged).

The fastest way to see the full response is the playground: it runs this endpoint with your account and shows the exact JSON.
