A course: schools, subjects, level, description, what you'll learn, syllabus, prerequisites, skills, enrolments (total and recent), rating, price, pacing, weeks to complete, video, programs, instructors (name, title, organization, image, bio link), the current run's start and end dates and enrol-by date, the next upcoming run start, whether enrolment is open, track type, whether a free audit track is offered and the verified certificate price, and every course run with dates, effort, price per track, instructors, language and transcript languages.

Every response includes credits_used: the credits this call cost.

Parameters

nametypedescription
urlrequired string Course link (edx.org/learn/<subject>/<course>). Example: https://www.edx.org/learn/computer-science/harvard-university-cs50-s-introduction-to-computer-science

Every endpoint also takes fresh, raw, fields (see lean responses and caching).

Example

curl "https://api.api.sh/edx/v1/course?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.edx.org%2Flearn%2Fcomputer-science%2Fharvard-university-cs50-s-introduction-to-computer-science" \
  -H "x-api-key: $APISH_KEY"

Response

A JSON object with the fields described above, plus raw (the source's own data), cached, fetched_at and credits_used. Errors return {"success": false, "error": "…"} with the HTTP status (see errors). A lookup that ran but found nothing (404) costs the price above; refused calls and errors on our side are free (what's charged).

The fastest way to see the full response is the playground: it runs this endpoint with your account and shows the exact JSON.
