Douyin video details
One Douyin video (or image post): description, date, author (uid, sec_uid, Douyin id, nickname, avatar), likes, comments, shares, collects, duration, size, cover, the no-watermark play URL (and every bitrate), the watermarked download URL, images of image posts, music, hashtags and IP location.
Every response includes credits_used: the credits this call cost.
