Cutshort jobs by role or skill
Indian tech jobs on Cutshort for a role or skill, optionally in a city or remote only (the site's job lists). Each job: id, title, url, company, company_slug, company_url, logo, locations, remote, role_types, experience range, salary (min, max, currency), salary_text, skills, posted_at and the description (HTML and text). related_lists gives other lists (cities, roles) to pass as slug. experience keeps only the jobs on the page open to a candidate with that many years (unfiltered_count is the page's size before filtering). 50 jobs per page; pass next_page back as page; null on the last page.
Every response includes credits_used: the credits this call cost.
Parameters
| name | type | description |
|---|---|---|
q | string | Role or skill, e.g. python, backend developer, devops. Required unless slug is given. Example: python |
city | string | City as the site names it, e.g. pune, bangalore-bengaluru, delhi-ncr-gurgaon-noida. Example: pune |
remote | integer | 1: remote jobs only. |
slug | string | A list slug instead of q/city, e.g. python-jobs-in-pune (from related_lists). |
page | integer | Page number. Pass next_page from the previous response; null on the last page. |
experience | integer | Years of experience (0-40): only jobs whose experience range includes it, among the page's jobs. |
Every endpoint also takes fresh, raw, fields (see lean responses and caching).
Example
curl "https://api.api.sh/cutshort/v1/jobs?q=python" \
-H "x-api-key: $APISH_KEY" import os, requests
res = requests.get(
"https://api.api.sh/cutshort/v1/jobs",
params={"q": "python"},
headers={"x-api-key": os.environ["APISH_KEY"]},
timeout=120,
)
res.raise_for_status()
data = res.json() const url = new URL("https://api.api.sh/cutshort/v1/jobs");
url.searchParams.set("q", "python");
const res = await fetch(url, { headers: { "x-api-key": process.env.APISH_KEY } });
if (!res.ok) throw new Error(`${res.status} ${await res.text()}`);
const data = await res.json(); Response
A JSON object with the fields described above, plus raw (the source's own data), cached, fetched_at and credits_used. Errors return {"success": false, "error": "…"} with the HTTP status (see errors). A lookup that ran but found nothing (404) costs the price above; refused calls and errors on our side are free (what's charged).
