Pass next_page from the previous response; next_page is null on the last page.

Complaints filed against a business, 10 per page: date, complaint type, status (answered or resolved), the complaint text and the business response, with the counts per status and type to filter by.

Every response includes credits_used: the credits this call cost.

Parameters

nametypedescription
urlrequired string BBB business profile URL. Example: https://www.bbb.org/us/pa/philadelphia/profile/internet-providers/comcast-corporation-0241-80003221
status answered | resolved Only complaints with this status: answered or resolved.
type string Only complaints of this type (a slug from available_filters.type, for example billingissues, serviceorrepair, productissues, customerservice, order, salesadvertising, delivery).
page integer Pass next_page from the previous response; next_page is null on the last page.

Every endpoint also takes fresh, raw, fields (see lean responses and caching).

Example

curl "https://api.api.sh/bbb/v1/complaints?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.bbb.org%2Fus%2Fpa%2Fphiladelphia%2Fprofile%2Finternet-providers%2Fcomcast-corporation-0241-80003221" \
  -H "x-api-key: $APISH_KEY"

Response

A JSON object with the fields described above, plus raw (the source's own data), cached, fetched_at and credits_used. Errors return {"success": false, "error": "…"} with the HTTP status (see errors). A lookup that ran but found nothing (404) costs the price above; refused calls and errors on our side are free (what's charged).

The fastest way to see the full response is the playground: it runs this endpoint with your account and shows the exact JSON.
