+Deezer API
Deezer tracks, albums, artists, playlists, charts and radios as clean JSON.
The API.SH Deezer API turns public Deezer pages into structured JSON. Search tracks, albums, artists, playlists, radios or users, look up a track by id, link or ISRC and an album by id, link or UPC, list an artist's top tracks, related artists and full discography, and read public playlists, charts, genres and radios.

- from $1 / 1,000 calls
- 1,000 free credits / month

Why API.SH for Deezer data
- Public data only: no Deezer login, cookies or account needed
- One key and one response shape for Deezer and 482 other platforms
- Built and maintained by API.SH, not third-party publishers
- Pay per call; errors on our side cost nothing
- Live status for every endpoint
API.SH vs the official Deezer API
Deezer has its own public API at developers.deezer.com: catalog data such as tracks, albums, artists and charts needs no login, while user actions use OAuth 2.0, and audio is limited to 30-second previews. API.SH returns similar catalog data in the same JSON shape as every other platform, so one key and one parser cover Deezer and the other sites you use.
Compared with wiring up a Deezer wrapper library or a downloader project, API.SH is one maintained key with a fixed price per call, and it does not download audio.
Deezer API questions
What Deezer data can I get?+
Search (/deezer/v1/search), tracks by id, link or ISRC (/deezer/v1/track), albums by id, link or UPC (/deezer/v1/album), artists (/deezer/v1/artist), artist albums (/deezer/v1/artist/albums), public playlists (/deezer/v1/playlist), charts (/deezer/v1/charts), genres (/deezer/v1/genres) and radios (/deezer/v1/radio).
How much does the Deezer API cost?+
Every Deezer endpoint costs 1 credit per call. On a monthly plan 1,000 credits cost $1 (Starter is $50/month for 50,000 credits). Pay-as-you-go is $2 per 1,000 credits, with top-ups from $15 that never expire.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes. Every account gets 1,000 free credits every month. That is 1,000 calls to /deezer/v1/album at 1 credit each.
Is there an official Deezer API?+
Yes. Deezer publishes a public API for catalog data, with OAuth 2.0 for user-specific actions. API.SH is separate: no Deezer app or OAuth is needed, and the JSON matches every other API.SH platform.
Do I need a Deezer account or login?+
No. API.SH reads public Deezer pages only. No endpoint uses a login, cookies or anyone's account.
How do I get started?+
1. Sign up at api.sh. 2. Copy your API key. 3. Call /deezer/v1/search with q set to a song or artist name. Request examples and every parameter are in the docs at https://api.sh/docs. You can also use the JS or Python SDK, Google Sheets, Zapier, Make, n8n or the MCP server at https://api.sh/mcp.
Is the Deezer API free?+
Deezer's own public API is free for catalog data, with its own limits and terms. With API.SH every account gets 1,000 free credits every month, then you pay per call.
Do I get full songs or only previews?+
Previews only. Track results include a 30-second preview link, along with ISRC, duration, rank and BPM. API.SH does not return full audio.
