Why API.SH for Zomato data
- Public data only: no Zomato login, cookies or account needed
- One key and one response shape for Zomato and 481 other platforms
- Built and maintained by API.SH, not third-party publishers
- Pay per call; errors on our side cost nothing
- Live status for every endpoint
API.SH vs the official Zomato API
Zomato's old public data API was discontinued, and its current developer platform serves POS and merchant partners for order and menu management, according to the search results. API.SH needs no Zomato partnership and returns public restaurant, menu and review data as JSON. It is read-only.
Instead of running a Zomato scraper, a browser extension or a vendor's custom data service, API.SH gives you one key, one JSON shape and a fixed price per call, and blocks and retries are handled for you.
