How much does the Whatnot API cost?+

Every Whatnot endpoint costs 1 credit per call. On a monthly plan 1,000 credits cost $1 (Starter is $50/month for 50,000 credits). Pay-as-you-go is $2 per 1,000 credits, with top-ups from $15 that never expire.

Can I get the API for free?+

Yes. Every account gets 1,000 free credits every month. That is 1,000 calls to /whatnot/v1/live at 1 credit each.

Does Whatnot have API access?+

Yes, for sellers: the official Whatnot Seller API lets approved sellers manage their own products, orders and shows. It is not for reading public shows or other sellers' profiles, which is what API.SH covers.

Do I need a Whatnot account or login?+

No. API.SH reads public Whatnot pages only. No endpoint uses a login, cookies or anyone's account.

Can I manage my listings or orders with this API?+

No. API.SH is read-only. To manage your own inventory, orders or shows, use Whatnot's Seller API.

Can I use it from Python?+

Yes. Use the API.SH Python SDK or any HTTP client: send your key and call /whatnot/v1/user with a username.
