API.SH vs the official Rappi API
Rappi's developer portal documents partner APIs for restaurants and allies, such as orders, product status, webhooks and financial data, and requests use access tokens from integration credentials. They are for managing your own store, not for reading other stores' menus. API.SH needs no partner credentials and returns public restaurant, menu and product data.
Compared with Apify scrapers, ReefAPI-style vendor endpoints or a home-built menu scraper, API.SH gives one key, one JSON shape and a fixed price per call.
Rappi API questions
What Rappi data can I get?+
Restaurants for a country (/rappi/v1/restaurants), one restaurant with hours and full menu (/rappi/v1/restaurant) and store and product search for a location across restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, pets and liquor stores (/rappi/v1/search).
How much does the Rappi API cost?+
Every Rappi endpoint costs 1 credit per call. On a monthly plan 1,000 credits cost $1 (Starter is $50/month for 50,000 credits). Pay-as-you-go is $2 per 1,000 credits, with top-ups from $15 that never expire.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes. Every account gets 1,000 free credits every month. That is 1,000 calls to /rappi/v1/restaurant at 1 credit each.
Is there an official Rappi API?+
Yes, a partner API on the Rappi developer portal for restaurants and allies: orders, menu and product status, webhooks and financial data, behind access tokens. API.SH is separate and reads public pages without partner credentials.
Do I need a Rappi account or login?+
No. API.SH reads public Rappi pages only. No endpoint uses a login, cookies or anyone's account.
How do I get started?+
1. Sign up at api.sh. 2. Copy your API key. 3. Call /rappi/v1/restaurants with a country such as co. Request examples and every parameter are in the docs at https://api.sh/docs. You can also use the JS or Python SDK, Google Sheets, Zapier, Make, n8n or the MCP server at https://api.sh/mcp.
Which Rappi countries and cities are covered?+
Use the country parameter. The restaurants route returns the restaurants for a country's main city, such as Sao Paulo, Bogota, Mexico City, Buenos Aires, Santiago or Lima. Search takes a country or lat and lon for a specific location.
Can I get grocery and pharmacy prices from Rappi?+
Yes. /rappi/v1/search covers supermarkets, pharmacies, pets, express and liquor stores, and returns matching products with price, list price, discount, stock, unit price, category and EAN.
