+Magento API
Read products, prices, stock, categories and reviews from any Magento 2 shop as JSON.
The API.SH Magento API reads the public catalog of any Magento 2 or Adobe Commerce shop and returns structured JSON. Search a shop's products with words, category, price range, SKU and its own filterable attributes, then read one product with prices, tier prices, stock, gallery, configurable variants, bundle items and native reviews. You can also get the shop's category tree.

API.SH vs the official Magento API
Magento and Adobe Commerce have official REST and GraphQL APIs, documented by Adobe, which are meant for the store's own team and integrations and need credentials. API.SH reads the public storefront of any Magento 2 shop, so you need no token or access to the shop, and it returns the same JSON shape on every shop.
Skip writing a custom scraper for each Magento shop or paying for separate Apify actors: API.SH gives you one key, one JSON shape for every shop and a fixed price per 1,000 calls.
Magento API questions
What Magento data can I get?+
Product search with filters and facets (/magento/v1/products), one product with prices, stock, variants and reviews (/magento/v1/product), a product's reviews (/magento/v1/reviews) and the category tree (/magento/v1/categories).
How much does the Magento API cost?+
Every Magento endpoint costs 1 credit per call. On a monthly plan 1,000 credits cost $1 (Starter is $50/month for 50,000 credits). Pay-as-you-go is $2 per 1,000 credits, with top-ups from $15 that never expire.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes. Every account gets 1,000 free credits every month. That is 1,000 calls to /magento/v1/categories at 1 credit each.
Is there an official Magento API?+
Yes. Magento and Adobe Commerce have official REST and GraphQL APIs for your own store, and they need authentication. API.SH is for reading other shops' public catalogs without any access to those shops.
Do I need a Magento shop account or login?+
No. API.SH reads public Magento shop pages only. No endpoint uses a login, cookies or anyone's account. No admin token or customer account is used.
How do I get started?+
1. Sign up at api.sh. 2. Copy your API key. 3. Call /magento/v1/products with store set to a Magento 2 shop's address and q set to a product word. Request examples and every parameter are in the docs at https://api.sh/docs. You can also use the JS or Python SDK, Google Sheets, Zapier, Make, n8n or the MCP server at https://api.sh/mcp.
Does it work on any Magento shop?+
It works on Magento 2 and Adobe Commerce shops with a public catalog. Pass the shop with store, or pass a product link as url. Shops that use a separate review service return an empty reviews list.
Is scraping a Magento store legal?+
API.SH reads only public storefront pages. Whether you may collect and reuse data depends on the shop's terms and your local law, so check both, and do not use it for private or personal data.
