Yes, the FINN REST API, but it needs a business customer agreement and an API key, and it is aimed at partners such as agents and dealers working with their own or approved ads. API.SH covers public ads with no agreement.

Do I need a FINN.no account or login?+

No. API.SH reads public FINN.no pages only. No endpoint uses a login, cookies or anyone's account. Private sellers' names, phone numbers and email addresses are never returned.
